How To Stop Cravings

Hey guys, it's Hanna!

I have a few friends who are always hungry and are always eating something. Here are a few tips on how to stop cravings.

✿ Eat healthy meals. Eating healthy meals will give the body more energy and not have the need for more. If you eat something sugary and fattening then you will be on a sugar rush that will end quickly and get you tired and hungry.

✿ Keep handy snacks in your bag. Some fruit and nut bars are great snacks.

✿ When you do want something sugary take a little. If you avoid the food but still want it so bad when you finally get it you will go crazy. Get bite size chocolate bars to settle cravings.

✿ Distract yourself. Don't stress yourself over the cupcake all day. Ignore it have fun with your friends.

✿ Drink water. When you drink water, you don't get so hungry.

✿ When you get hungry, don't eat sweets or oily food.

✿ Avoid all fast food and eat something healthier. And you get hungry very fast after eating fast food.
