How To Feel Good In Your Own Skin

Hey guys, it's Hanna!

OK, so let's get one thing clear: You are not a barbie doll and you are not perfect! No one is.
Everyone has a part of themselves that they don't like and that's ok.

❤ Always put a bit of make up, even if you're going to stay at home all day. It will make you feel prettier and neat.

❤ Take a shower every day, it will make you always feel fresh and clean.

❤ Sleep at least 8 hours per night, when you wake up you will feel very refreshed.

❤ Always wear lovely lingerie, instead of the basic underwear. It will make you feel pretty even with a junk sack on.

❤ Eat healthy. eating a maxi cheeseburger everyday will make you feel chubby.

❤ Do a bit of exercise at least once a week. It will make you feel reinvigorated and, when you'll look at yourself in the mirror, you'll see yourself prettier.

❤ Drink more water. Your skin will have more glow and it will make you feel better.

❤ Wear perfume. Smelling nice makes you feel more confident.

❤ If you like your body shape, wear tight clothes. This way you will have more to show.
