How To Be Happy

Hey guys, it's Hanna.

So technically, I can't tell you how to be happy. YOU are the only one who can. But here are some steps to help you feel good, healthy, and eventually, happy. :)

~SMILE~
You might be surprised to find what results from this simple action. When you smile, it doesn't just brighten up your day, but the one's around you as well.

~DO YOGA~
This relaxes your body and your mind. Plus there are super cute yoga mats out there!

~MAKE LISTS~
Keeps you organized, reducing stress and expressing your feelings. Write your thoughts!

~SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY~
These are the few people that, no matter what, are kind of forced to stick around you :) Talk to them, listen to them. Sometimes you fight but more importantly you love each other no matter what.

~LOOK FORWARD, NOT BACK~
Cherish every moment, in the moment.

~LISTEN TO MUSIC~
Turn it up and dance like no one is watching!

~GO FOR A JOG~
Get some fresh air in you, and keep your body healthy. Happy body, happy person.

~TAKE A BREAK~
Mountains of homework? Work on it for half an hour, take a small break to relax again, and then conquer the rest of your assignments.

~DO NOT SPEND ALL OF YOUR TIME ON THE COMPUTER~
There is a lot of unwanted and unneeded drama that stems from social media. Go outside and hang with your real friends, instead of the virtual ones.

~GET OUTSIDE~
Sunshine and sky will always make you feel better. Feel freer!

~SLEEP WELL~
Make the most of tomorrow by resting your body.

~HAVE A FEW CLOSE FRIENDS~
Two friends that you can talk to whenever and about whatever is worth so much more then ten "friends" that you can't be yourself around. Sometimes it's hard, but you may have to let some people go, or let yourself go from some people.

~BE A TEENAGER!~
This is the time in your life were you have little responsibility, wild emotions, and a full life ahead of you. Do what you love... find passion and pursue it... Sorry to sound boring but do well in school! Laugh for no reason. Smile at others and make others smile. Spread kindness and happiness! You are alive so LIVE!
