How to always be HAPPY!

Hi guys, Tijana here! So, I'm well known for always being happy and positive. In this tip, I'll show you how to smile even when you think that everything is a mess! Let's start!

1. LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE
Everything has a bright side. When it's dark on one side of the globe, it's bright on the other one! So instead of drowning in tears, think about what's good in that situation. On example, you get a bad grade on a test. Be happy because that grade shows you that you need to work more.

2. RELAX
We all get stressed because of school, work, love, family... Of course, you can't be happy if you're mad and stressed! That's why you have to relax. Count to 10, breathe and it will clear your mind! A good way to relax after a long day is also a nice, warm bath.

3. SMILE
Yes, I said this a hundred times, and I'll say it again! Smile! Think of something happy, inspiring, something that you love! Even thinking about your crush or your summer memories can make your day. And not just your day! Being happy and positive will light up someone's day too. :D

4. RECREATE
When we do things that make us happy, our brain produces a hormone named dopamine. It's the hormone of happines! And that's another reason why you need to recreate. Go for a run, play a sport, paint, sing... Anything that you like! It will automatically make you feel better. Try!

5. ENCOURAGE YOURSELF
Confident people are mostly happy. Now you ask: how can I be confident? Well, you need to believe in yourself! Encourage and love yourself! A nice idea is to write positive notes and put them in a shoe box. You can write something like: I love me; I am beautiful ; I can make it;... That way, when you read those notes, you'll feel better and braver!

6. BE AROUND GOOD PEOPLE
There's only one rule - don't be around people that make you feel bad or angry. Be around your friends, family, and meet new people! Making new friendships and finding people with similar interests is healthy! Use internet and social networks to connect with people :)

7. TRY OUT NEW THINGS
It's in human's nature to discover new things. That's how the world is made. New discoveries make us happy! That's why you shouldn't always eat the same food, wear the same outfits, go on the same places... Even if you just change your path to school, you will feel better.

8. GET SOME "ME TIME"
So, 'me time' is something that everyone needs in their life. It doesn't matter if that's just a few minutes or a whole hour, just save some time that will be reserved for you only. No noise, no stress, no work. It also doesn't matter if you're lying in your bed or shopping in a mall. It's important that you do it alone and without stress!
