Healthy breakfast ideas
Hi guys, Tijana here! In this tip you'll find 5 healthy breakfast ideas that will help you start your day on the best way! They are also super easy and quick, too! Check out the question at the end of this tip as well!

1. Banana Beery Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 4 large strawberries, stems removed
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 cup plain yougurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- ice

Steps:
- Peel the banana, and then wash the strawberries and blueberries
- Place the fruit in a blender
- Add the juice, yogurt and sugar (if you like your smoothies sweeter)
- Fill the rest of the blender with cubed or crushed ice
- Blend the ingredients

2. Pistachio Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 6 to 7 pistachios
- 1 slice whole-grain toast
- low-fat cream cheese

Steps:
- Spread the cream cheese on the toast.
- Add the pistachios on it

3. Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of baking powder
- a pinch of cinnamon

Steps:
- Peel the banana and smash it until it looks something like pudding. Place that in a plastic bowl
- Crack the eggs and put them in that bowl as well
- Add the baking powder and sugar
- Use a mixer to gather and mix the ingredients
- Fry pancakes as you normaly would

4. Cereal Sundae

Ingredients:
- a bowl of fiber-rich bran flakes
- 8 ounces of low-fat milk
- a handful of fresh or dried fruit (any kind of fruit)

Steps:
- Put the flakes in a bowl and add the milk
- Cover that with the chosen fruit

5. Morning Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 slice of crusty bread
- 3 tablespoons of low-fat ricotta
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- a pinch of salt and pepper (optional)

Steps:
- Spread the ricotta over the bread
- Cut the tomato into really little peaces and put them on the bread as well
- Add the teaspoon of olive oil and a pinc of salt and pepper (by choice)
