How To Draw A Neon Pegasus

Hey guys, it's Hanna!

I decided to make a quick tip about how to draw a neon pegasus.

01. Draw a horse head in pencil.

02. Draw the rest of the body.

03. Draw the wings.

04. Trace over your outline line with neon coloured markers then colour it in. I like to do a purple outline and a multicoloured inside.

05. Put glue on the outline of the Pegasus. Then sprinkle glitter on the glue. Wait for it to dry, then yay! You have a neon Pegasus!

So sorry if you guys don't like this tip. More tips will be up tomorrow.
